• Collection of personal data (name, contact details, financial information, Aadhaar/PAN documents)
• Collection of location data only when the user grants permission during loan application
• Secure transmission of this data to RSFinance administrators and authorized banks or NBFCs for loan processing

• Data is shared only with authorized banks, NBFCs, or service partners strictly for loan processing purposes.
